These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Scytalex LLC ("Scytalex", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Our services include custom MPC wallet software development, cryptographic infrastructure consulting, and related technology solutions. All services are provided pursuant to individual client agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scytalex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
